As we transition from build to scale, we’re hiring a Business Development Lead to turn this technical edge into liquidity, volume, revenue, and category presence.
Bullet is backed by leading trading and crypto investors including Electric Capital, Jump, DACM, AirTree, and Race Capital.
The Role
You will own Bullet’s commercial outcomes across market makers, trading firms, whales, liquid investors, and key ecosystem partners. This is a high-leverage, contextual role focused on sourcing, closing, and scaling the deals that define Bullet’s liquidity and growth trajectory.
This is not a “partnerships” role, it is a commercial seat responsible for capturing value, structuring deals, and driving core liquidity.
Responsibilities
Lead, negotiate, and close high-impact commercial deals across:
- Market makers and liquidity providers
- Trading firms and high-value traders
- Strategic ecosystem partners
- Liquid investors and institutional counterparties
Negotiate and secure:
- Favourable fees and pricing structures
- Liquidity commitments
- Strategic alignment or exclusivity where relevant
- Co-marketing and distribution leverage
Build scalable commercial frameworks:
- Deal flow, evaluation, and pricing strategy
- Negotiation frameworks and term structures
- Playbooks for market makers, traders, affiliates, and integrations
Work cross functionally to shape product-growth levers:
- Fees, rebates, and liquidity programs
- Incentive structures for market makers and traders
- Affiliate and referral economics
Represent Bullet externally:
- Industry events, conferences, and high-value meetings
- Communicate Bullet’s technical and commercial edge
Requirements
- 3+ years in BD, Institutional Sales, or Commercial Strategy
- Experience in one or more of:
- Crypto exchanges or trading venues
- Market makers or trading firms
- DeFi protocols (DEXs, liquid staking, derivatives, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
- Strong negotiation and commercial structuring capability
- Existing relationships with traders, funds, and market makers
- Commercially sharp, structured, calm, and outcome-driven
