\nWe are looking for an independent, agile designer who enjoys operating across the full spectrum of design from early-stage product definition through shipped pixels. This role will partner with our engineering teams to ship public goods for the crypto community.
\nResponsibilities:

- Collaborate with engineers to define, build, and ship public goods such as codeslaw.app, developerreport.com, and our proprietary portfolio management system, Dracula (which is a competitive advantage for us to operate on-chain) \n
- Help define core users and use cases \n
- Establish site/app architecture and navigation \n
- Create easy-to-use flows, wireframes, and prototypes \n
- Deliver final pixels with a high sense of craft \n
- Scrappily be able to run your own research, QA, etc. \n
Requirements
\nCandidates are expected to:
\n- \n
- Have extensive experience operating as a senior level IC designer \n
- Be able to turn ambiguous problems into elegantly designed solutions \n
- Have a strong portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates their capabilities \n
- Operate as a sole designer and collaborate closely with their engineering teammates \n
- Communicate clearly about their work and explain rationale behind design decisions \n
- Elevate the team by positively contributing to and upleveling our product development processes through collaboration and iteration \n
