You are looking for a senior role as a founding team member, with the potential to step into a co-founder position, should the fit be right. You have experience in early-stage startups and a deep knowledge of the DeFi landscape to join our team.
Senior professional with startup founder mentality with experience leading engineering teams in early-stage startups with 3+ years of experience.
In-depth understanding of various protocol mechanics including Synthetic platforms, Stablecoins, Perpetual protocols, Lending markets, and AMMs.
Advanced proficiency in Solidity, coupled with knowledge about security and economic modelling.
Excellent organizational skills - ability to translate high-level goals into concrete plans and roadmaps.
Experience shipping Web3 products on EVM compatible blockchains. We will consider Web2 candidates who have a strong interest in Web3 and are users of DeFi protocols.
Ability to operate independently with limited guidance, making non-conventional decisions.

Experience or knowledge of different cross chain bridges and their unique security assumptions.
Experience building open source tools and working with open source communities.
