Job Description

The LinkedIn Talent Insights Consultant serves as a key customer resource for one of LinkedIn’s most strategic products, LinkedIn Talent Insights (LTI). LTI is a data and insights product that is leveraged by our customers to answer their most strategic questions. The LTI consultant will inform and enhance the product and customer experience for LTI by focusing on driving success for customers. In this role you will work across LinkedIn to offer advice and expertise to our customers, helping them make informed decisions about finding and managing talent in a complex, rapidly evolving talent market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer workshops and product deep dives while synthesizing complex messages into a clear story
  • Consult with customers on how to use LTI to address their unique challenges and objectives
  • Establish trust as a product expert to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a strategic partner to customers and influence customers’ approach to deepening use and adoption of LTI
  • Interface and influence senior executives through audience-appropriate delivery
  • Support optimization of end-user engagement by sharing best practices, trends, and customer success stories
  • Share feedback and collaborate with appropriate cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to improve customer experience
  • Provide inputs (use cases, customer feedback, success stories etc.) where appropriate to support sales and customers for renewals


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years working experience with a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with data/products that provide actionable insights to help customers make decisions
  • Experience driving change management or working in a consulting role
  • Experience working in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Consulting, SAAS, or Customer Success
  • Initiative and leadership to drive results and change in a fast-paced environment
