Job Description

This role is based in LinkedIn’s Tel Aviv office.

LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (LMS) business has experienced accelerated growth, topping $5B in annual revenue. LMS products impact how businesses and brands sell, buy, advertise, and connect globally. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join LMS as a Principal Product Manager to build and lead our Signals and Insights platform for Marketers and Sellers, and drive continued success of the business. This includes ownership over efforts across 1PD and 3PD collection, data classification, intent modeling, and working with multiple stakeholders across various lines of business.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the long-term strategy and features roadmap to drive impactful product launches. This role requires leading the evolution of a platform, leveraging both new and existing capabilities and ensuring seamless integration with LinkedIn’s other products. You will collaborate with internal and external data consumers to address evolving needs and ensure continuous value delivery across the board. In the right hands, we believe this hire has the potential to shape the future of our business substantially given the impact this role has to many parts of our business (measurement, ad targeting, optimization, insights).

We’re looking for candidates with strong technical and product management skills, as well as business and strategic acumen.

As an industry expert, you will also be responsible for growing product managers in the organization and contributing to the growth of LinkedIn’s Tel Aviv office. You will be part of a world-class product management team and define the vision and strategy for the new generation of a privacy-first ads marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product, Engineering, Business Development, AI, and Marketing to create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product areas. Get alignment from stakeholder teams and executives to translate strategy into actionable product milestones that deliver incremental value to our customers.
  • Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers, partners, sales, and marketing teams into product requirements and roadmap.
  • Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LMS business.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, promote, and successfully grow features from launch to maturity.
  • Make recommendations about whether to build, buy, or partner for key capabilities required to deliver products to the market.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 9+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Built and launched enterprise and/or ad tech products at scale, with a demonstrated ability to develop an ambitious product strategy and successfully execute on the vision.
  • Experience building data platforms or data-heavy products at scale.
  • Top notch collaborator, who can influence others, rally disparate teams to align to and execute on a shared vision, build a positive team culture and sense of inclusion, and communicate effectively with all audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical subjects for technical, non-technical, partner and executive audiences alike
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches.
  • An insatiable sense of curiosity, a bias for action, and a strong desire to make an impact.
  • Ad-tech Experience: Deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape and its applications.
