Magic Eden is on the lookout for a Product Management Lead to help us shape the future of our exchange! You’ll have experiences with two-sided marketplaces and the vision to explore uncharted territories in the NFT/digital assets space. This is a real chance to become a thought leader with the support of an amazing cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the trading product experience at Magic Eden.

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and goals in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Define the vision for the future of NFTs and digital assets, in terms of tapping into new user segments, new forms of trading, new asset classes, and new experiences.

• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the crypto industry trends and competitor activity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new initiatives, features, and improvements. Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams as well as the founders to develop go-to-market strategies

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with 3+ years in a leadership role

• Deep personal passion for crypto and NFTs.

• Passion for dynamics of multi-sided marketplaces, concepts such as supply/demand dynamics, liquidity, etc.

• World-class PM communication skills and hygiene, with excellent cross-functional leadership in a hyper-fast-paced environment.

• Experience working and building products in the crypto and/or NFT industry.

• Experience in the domain of marketplace optimization and growth

The compensation for this position will vary based on geography and other factors (including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations). The base salary range for this role for the United States is 200K-$250K. Additionally, this full-time role is eligible to receive benefits, as well as participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer package will be at the company’s sole discretion
