About the role

We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager with a strong background in blockchain technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will partner with multiple cross-functional internal teams (including product, community, events, sales, and executive) to plan, build, and launch growth programs in organic and paid channels. You are self-motivated, and diligent, enjoy solving problems, building growth programs with light supervision, and building positive relationships and credibility with collaborators based on your intellectual curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our brand growth programs and customer acquisition engine across organic and paid channels.

  • Drive our end-to-end program for paid and organic strategies—everything it takes to make these channels efficient growth levers for OAK

  • Establish quarterly and annual goals. Collaborate to build the infrastructure to properly measure your efforts against these goals.

  • Test and optimize, fast. Must be able to quickly build, iterate, and measure campaigns and experiments across multiple channels, the website, and in the field.

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of your tech stack. This may include timely tool onboarding, tool integrations, data hygiene, and report-building

  • Continuously update your blockchain, crypto, and marketing education, developing new skills and taking classes when appropriate

  • Work in close collaboration with, and report directly to, the Head of Marketing.

  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership from day one and a collaborative spirit.

  • Preferably located in San Francisco or the Bay Area.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills in English.
