Term Labs is a blockchain research and development company founded by a team with deep traditional finance, big tech, and decentralized finance experience. Term Labs is dedicated to the development of robust, transparent, and scalable fixed-rate lending on blockchains. We closed our first round of funding in 2023, led by leading blockchain VCs.

What we are looking for in a candidate

• Produce solid, thoroughly tested, clean and well-documented code.
• Understand and apply good software delivery practices that align with open-source development.
• Maintain an open mind about different solutions and a willingness to discuss alternatives.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with a remote team across multiple time zones.
• Strong initiative and owner mentality

Requirements

• Experience in JavaScript (Typescript is a plus)
• Experience in either Rust, Python or Go
• Experience building multiple projects using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React/Redux, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong technical background, 5+ years of experience.
• North America residence

How to Apply

Term Labs is fully remote, offering unlimited PTO, and the freedom to work flexibly/remotely. The salary range is $125,000 - $200,000, with possible equity.
