Metaverse Magna is a gaming company that operates a suite of mobile gaming products. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team, focusing on creating engaging and fun social video content for gaming and football-related content, especially on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Twitter. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only passionate about social media trends but also possesses the ability to create compelling, shareable, and on-brand video content that resonates with our audience.

What you will do:

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging, and entertaining short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram, and incorporate these trends into our content strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with ongoing campaigns, brand messaging, and marketing goals.
• Develop innovative and creative ideas for regular content series or stand-alone pieces that align with the brand’s tone and objectives.
• Analyse performance metrics of published content and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content for better engagement.
• Engage with the community on TikTok and Instagram, responding to comments, and participating in trends to increase brand presence.
• Manage the content calendar for TikTok and Instagram Reels, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule.
• Act as a brand advocate to make the brand feel more personal.

You are a good fit if you (Have):

1. You will be working on creating content for mobile casual games and fantasy football, so a strong affinity for these activities is preferred, but not required.
2. Proven experience creating engaging and viral social media content, specifically short-form videos.
3. Strong video editing skills with proficiency in video editing software and tools.
4. In-depth understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including best practices, trends, and audience behaviour.
5. Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
6. Ability to create humorous posts through social media memes.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. A good eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
10. Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
11. Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the brand’s voice.
12. A portfolio demonstrating previous work in creating content for yourself or brands.
