The Role:
The Product Marketer is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive the adoption and usage of the company's products. With a deep knowledge of our core audience and marketing tactics, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing pushes to onboard more users into our ecosystem. This includes developing positioning and messaging, creating content and collateral, and coordinating with comms and PR, product, customer success, and other teams to ensure effective product launches, campaigns and ongoing marketing support.

- Content Development and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content creators, and product managers, to develop compelling content for various marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the product and design team to ensure timely delivery of content assets such as videos, GIFs, and written communications.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and launches in new markets.
- Ensure effective communication of campaign details across multiple channels, including social media, email, and internal communication platforms like push notifications, etc.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and A/B test results to identify areas for optimization and improvement in onboarding emails, campaign effectiveness, and user engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about content strategy and campaign targeting.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments like product management, customer support, and finance.
- Campaign Reporting and Payout Management:
- Track and report on the progress and success of marketing campaigns.
- Manage payout processes for incentive-based campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of rewards to users.
- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:
- Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
- Assist in developing the marketing roadmap and prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and resource constraints.
- Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Maintain documentation of campaign plans and performance metrics for reference and future optimisation.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
What We Look For In You:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with content creation, including copywriting, design, and multimedia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- You have crypto experience and a knowledge of the crypto market

Our hiring process:
- You have a 30-minute chat with our HR Manager to get to know each other, learn more about the team and any questions you might have about the company and the role.
- If the interview goes well, you will be given a short written take-home project.
- If that goes well, you will have 2nd round interview with the Hiring Manager
- If we are very excited about each other, we will request your time to speak with our CEO, Yele, for a final Interview.
Should we both be happy to proceed, our HR manager will engage you again to discuss an offer and proceed to signing after which we will then arrange for your remote onboarding and induction before your day 1.
