The Role:

We’re seeking a Growth Manager who will take ownership of driving our growth initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented, tactical executioner with deep experience in growth strategies, including influencer marketing, paid ads, SEO/content development, and App Store Optimization (ASO). You’ll need a strong understanding of onchain wallets, neobanking, and the creator economy, with a knack for leveraging these areas to drive user growth. You'll thrive in a high-ownership environment where you're given autonomy to create, execute, and deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy to drive user acquisition and retention, focusing on:
  • Influencer marketing (including video script writing for creators)
  • Paid ads (digital channels)
  • SEO/content development
  • ASO (App Store Optimization)
• Work closely with the product team to deeply understand our onchain wallet and neobanking features and ensure our marketing strategy aligns with product goals.
• Identify and execute high-potential partnerships and collaborations with influencers, creators, and platforms in the creator economy.
• Grow and manage social accounts (Twitter, TikTok, Instagram) through curated and engaging content strategies.
• Set and manage KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns to hit targets effectively.
• Provide regular, proactive updates on performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Take extreme ownership of the budget, reporting progress, and adjusting strategies to hit growth goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within fintech, neobanking, or creator-centric platforms.
• Proven track record in managing influencer marketing campaigns, paid ads, SEO, and ASO.
• Strong understanding of onchain wallets, neobanking, and a passion for the creator economy.
• Highly structured and process-oriented, with an ability to break down complex growth challenges into actionable tasks.
• Experience in growing social accounts (e.g., Twitter, TikTok, Instagram) through effective content and community engagement strategies.
• Extreme ownership mindset—thrives with autonomy and takes full accountability for hitting goals.
• Great at managing up, with the ability to proactively share information, progress, and issues with leadership.
