We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can run paid campaigns end-to-end today, and grow into a Performance Marketing Lead (L4) as we scale. This role is ideal for someone hungry to take on budget ownership, build models, and eventually drive the pod.

What You’ll Do

  • Run Paid Acquisition Campaigns
    • Execute across Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, YouTube, and Google.
    • Test creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
    • Manage budget allocations with efficiency in mind.
  • Be the Analytical Engine
    • Deep dive into funnel metrics, CAC, LTV, and cohort retention.
    • Build and manage dashboards in Sheets/Excel and BI tools.
    • Bonus: Write SQL queries to pull and analyze raw user data when needed.
  • Creative & Experimentation
    • Partner with design/content to brief and test new ads.
    • Use performance data to shape creative direction.
    • Scale what works across multiple channels.
  • Cross-functional Growth
    • Feed insights into landing pages, onboarding flows, and retention strategies.
    • Share insights with HQ and local market leads.

Who You Are

  • Performance-driven: you’ve scaled paid acquisition in consumer fintech, neobank, or consumer finance apps.
  • Channel expert: you’re fluent across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, Google/YouTube, and know how to brief, test, and scale winning creatives.
  • Analytically curious: confident in spreadsheets, eager to learn SQL and deeper modeling.
  • Growth-minded: you want to move from “campaign runner” to “pod driver.”
  • Scrappy & resourceful: you thrive in fast-moving environments with limited resources.
  • Collaborative: comfortable working cross-functionally and learning from other pods.

What We’re Looking For in Your Background

  • 3–6 years in performance marketing (fintech, consumer apps, or challenger banks).
  • Proven success running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, Google/YouTube.
  • Proven track record of managing six-figure budgets with efficiency.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills; SQL a plus (or eagerness to learn).
  • Evidence of taking ownership beyond your lane (projects, budgets, or cross-pod work).
  • Bonus**:** you live in spreadsheets and SQL, and can go from raw query to board-ready insights.
  • Bonus: experience with affiliate/partner marketing in addition to paid ads.
